Here we go again with the macro lens with flash picture reviews. Lol

How are people still falling for this? Everything will look like ---- if you take a picture of it like that.

#240/750. It’s not perfect by any means, but looks decent enough. The left eye is tad too far over when looking at her straight on but looks fine from the sides and at an angle. The lower sign isn’t flush either.

Love how the earbuds are one solid color... Proto was gorgeous. I’d be pissed if I preordered this. XM one is so much better.

I'm glad I passed on this one... The production portrait doesn't come close to the prototype... The hair also lost detail from prototype to production, the production version looks very clumpy..

Big difference proto vs actual I liked the look of the proto when i saw this. Not a huge fan of Gwen. Sorry that so much detail was lost

Damn ...I have to agree. A lot of detail is lost with the paint app on the production portrait. That prototype looked so good.

Isn't the idea to buy a 1/5th scale - to get a SS piece at a lower price point?

I'm lost, this ins't worth the 1/5th discount to look like this. If this was a PF wouldn't this board be furious?

Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan first, if it was one of my Favorites I doubt I'd say much but the production qualities do greatly vary.

The production piece looks like something from another sculptor. I don't know how Sideshow can reproduce something like the JSC Little Mermaid almost perfectly compared to the prototype in terms of sculpt and paint at this scale, but then they ship out something like this. Their inconsistency and odd art design choices are the main reasons I've been buying more from other companies.
