The goal of this is to give everyone an opportunity to ask questions rather than a small group. All I can do is my part and put this post forward it?s up to you to ask hard hitting questions as both a customer and collector.
Please leave your questions below in the comments if you would like to remain anonymous please reach out to me at the email: theeverydaycollector@gmail.com
This will be posted on my instagram for collectors who don?t use Facebook as well as XM?s Facebook page depending on whether they approve the post.
I appreciate your time and effort, Happy Collecting!

First off, thank you for doing this!
Its nice to have a way to communicate with the production company this way and actually get some video evidence to confirm the anwser to the questions.
My questions:
1. How can XM justify the deafening silence on their part? How can they stay silent while collectors contact them for clarification. The trust is somewhat broken in this regards, imo.
2. This is squarily based on the rumor XM is in financial trouble.
If indeed finances are a problem, how could you even consider vanity projects like the shops, when that money could have gone to statue production instead?
3. How are you going to move forward from tbis disaster?
Thank you

I attached the updated sculpt, you can see they are bigger now, so no need to worry about that.
Also I heard from a friend of mine that close to XM that Jean Grey is now in production so lets cross our fingers for some production pics soon!

I definitely have my fingers crossed for this to be in production. I wanted it before they made any changes.

My question to XM is:
"Do you have a PR team? And if you do, why haven't you fired them yet?"

The first character that came to my mind upon seeing this sculpt was honestly Adel from Final Fantasy 8. If those are supposed to be the increased breast, I'd hate to see the original sculpt.

My Questions:
1. there was a post from XM that some Statues had to be canceled. But there wasn't any list / announcement or names dropped. Which Statues had te be canceled?
2. Are there Plans so get things going in future with new releases? Will there be changes to the method of ordering to regain the trust for the customerbase?

We have children ourselves and would never bring anyone?s child into a feud, regardless of whether they have a disability or not. That line is one we would never cross.
I personally grew up in a household where my parents fostered many children over the years, and I?ve volunteered on-site with a company that provided respite care for parents of children with disabilities. These experiences shaped my values, and it is beyond offensive to imply I would ever target or disrespect a child.
We would never say something like that. It goes against everything we stand for. The idea that we made such comments and then tried to hide them is a convenient and dishonest story. There is no proof because it never happened.
What is truly shocking is that a father would bring his own child into a personal conflict. To use your child as a pawn to push your own agenda is something we cannot respect.
This entire situation stems from a man who went back on his word and could not handle fair criticism of his work. We were all talking and on good terms until we posted a critical review of his one-sixth scale Wolverine statue. Since then, it has just escalated, with Sosa continuously adding false accusations to fuel it.
Professionally, our record speaks for itself. Just look at our ten-year anniversary and 300th show, where we partnered with over twenty companies to run the biggest giveaway the statue community has ever seen. That doesn?t happen if you?ve burned bridges.
If Erick wants to compare notes, we?re more than ready. Many of those same companies won?t work with him anymore, and that says everything.
We stand by our values, our integrity, and the respect we?ve earned over years in this community. His behavior speaks for itself.
