Yeah, that's what I was eyeballing as a tell-tale area. Looks very good on this sample.
Hopefully they all are as clean as that one.
Face/paint apps aren't as retro looking as the proto, and I think it's a little less attractive, but it's a matter of degrees and one of those YMMV things.
I was drawn to this primarily by the concept/design and color. It was/is a great take on this character.
