XM Studios Swamp Thing 1/4 statue

Not a big Swamp thing fan, but this was a massive improvement. If I was a fan of the character this would be an instant PO. If only they would fix Archangel too.

With this improvement, I'm surprised this hasn't sold out. The ES is just 499.

I looked at all the different head sculpts and it looks like all three are different, which is nice to know. The one that will be attached to the second torso is different than the other two head sculpts. XM Studios is spoiling us with their generosity. Thank you XM!!!!

I really wanted it but I have moved away from 1:4 except for a couple favorite characters. I mostly have 1:6. Now that they have announced this will be in 1:6 as well I can wait.

I don't recall that specific announcement saying every single DC character would be done in 1/6 as well. If this perfect Swamp thing is struggling to sell 500 units, why would they make one in 1/6?

From their announcement:

"In brief
- All announced 1:4 scale (Doomsday, Swamp Thing, Zatanna, Kyle Rayner, Supergirl) will be produced in 1:6 scale.
- All upcoming Classic and The Dark Knight 1:4 DC line will be produced in 1:6 AND 1:4 scale
- 1:6 will be Worldwide license
- 1:4 will currently remain licensed in SEA and Taiwan Region"

Just placed my order with Specfiction. I did not want to risk missing out on this awesome piece. With that new torso it seems like the definitive 1/4 Swamp Thing statue.

I read someone from XM on Facebook (XM life maybe?) say that the 1:6 versions of these statutes will be "different" from the 1:4 versions. I guess we'll have to wait and see what that means.

Unless I'm missing something it looks like the edition size for this is only 338 (per the XM site). I am glad I ordered this.
