Just to give everyone an update on my progress. I mailed back my damaged Achilles, it arrived to them Last Tuesday. I was told in the email I would have a new one sent to me with in a couple days that it can not be repaired. I did not hear anything from them since they got the package, so I called them. I was told they will look at it in a couple days and possibly repair it or send me a new one (even though i was told a repair couldn't be done, determined from the pictures i sent them. "Beyond Repair" is what i was told). So this is telling me it has been sitting there for almost a week and it hasn't even been opened yet.
They said I should see a tracking # by the end of this week or beginning of next week.
I will keep you posted on this.

Yes, it is very annoying to have to keep calling them, I never got a reply to my last email which was 3 weeks ago. I wont even bother writing emails anymore, only phone calls. Even then there is no real update or follow thru. You have to hope they send you a tracking number or call back again in a week.
I have to do this while at work and becomes a real pain.
