Sculpting clothing and capes
How do I make the capes stay in anti gravity positions in the way I want them to?

Wires, connect wires to the back of your sculpt like the bones of unberella, twist the wries to the angle you desired then start building sculpey around it.
Not a pro so that's just how I would do my cape, let's see if any pros have any tips to offer.

Thanks for the link, Freaky.
Thats some good info. I've just started to give sculpting a try and that will help me down the line. Now I just need a book on anatomy.

Sculpting capes is something I know a little bit about. I've got 3 projects in the works, all of them have capes.
Capes aren't difficult, what's difficult is getting it to look realistic, and have the right draping. THAT, is the pain in the butt.
