Mixed feelings. Ewan as Obi-Wan was great, the rest felt...okay.
Some serious questions as to how this fits and how it plays out.

Two minor things that are personal preferences
1. I've never been crazy about children having dialogue that really feels like an adult put it there. I get that some kids are wise beyond their years, but it always grates me a little.
2. Characters stating the obvious. The example is a character does something reckless and the next scene is "You're reckless!" It feels repetitive and wasteful not to use that time to expand on a character, a relationship dynamic, or use it for something else.
I do have some minor pluses as well. Man, I love it when Star Wars goes nuts with some aliens and droids. Lot of fun designs (a freaking Dinosaur with a laser gun!) of background and minor characters that always make the galaxy feel more expansive to me. Lola gave me "Batteries Not Included" vibes (maybe showing my age) which was cute.
The worlds were fun to visit as got far more visual diversity and hope we see some more either familiar or new locales.

Just finished episode 1. I'll have to wait until we can do spoilers to go into more detail. I feel like I am watching an Obi-Wan show where Obi is a secondary character....at least so far. Not what I was expecting at all.
I am about to start episode 2...maybe my feelings will change.

Like a Boba Fett show where Boba takes a back seat or where Dr. Strange guest stars in his own sequel?

I felt that Strange was in his own movie a lot. Way more than Boba was in his own show.
Debating if I let these build-up or just start watching once a week. I might go the once a week because I'm exciting for this series.

Just finished episode 2. It was a lot shorter than the first one. More Obi-Wan.....but Third Sister is an extremely poor written character. Her dialogue sounds like something a 7 year old came up with. Again I will go into more detail once spoilers are allowed.
I think this show should be called The Misadventures of Third Sister and the Skywalker Kids. I hope it gets better.
The scenes with Obi-Wan are really good. I just wish there were more.

Expect nothing.... and you'll never be disappointed.
Although, that really didn't work for me here.
