Does AmiAmi ship with unregistered SAL to Europe?
Everytime i chose Unregistered SAL they change to registered SAL

They do according to this chart. http://www.amiami.com/top/page/t/faq2.html#2
However, this is their policy on unregistered SAL below. As I understand it, if you only have one Sniper Wolf in your order then it should qualify since she's valued at 6560 yen. You could try contacting them to see what the issue is.

She is still coming this month, May 2016? Right? She is my most anticipated Bishoujo this year but there has been no news or picture since announcement last year...

They're released in Asia first, then the states usually get them about 2-3 months later.
