As a reseller, Sideshow’s return policy should be independent from Prime 1. Not sure why they need Prime 1’s input.

yeah sideshow seems to be slipping recently. hence why i buy so much less from them.

Yep, they're solid. No cracks, breaks, etc. I very diligently handled her body (not like that) to ensure there was no damage anywhere before I even placed her on the base.

The known damage seems to be where the boot meets the leg. How long did you spend "inspecting" other areas....?

Glad you all like the pics.

I temporarily removed the ruby until I can find some earthquake putty or something I can use to add a bit of tackiness to her fingers without damaging the paint, so that it holds the jewel in place. I have cats and I worry about it falling and one of my little thieves (Catwomen if you will since they're all female) seeing the jewel and stealing it.

Even looks decent without the jewel in her hand. Almost looks like she's snapping or doing a 'come at me' style hand wave.
