NES. Wow. I used to love that thing. Once I got the Advantage, I though I was unbeatable. Used to love Rygar, Ice Climber, Ikari Warriors, Contra, Spy Hunter, and of course, the original Mario's. the first Zelda was the only one I ever really liked. Seems to me they've gotten weirder.
The first game I ever got for my NES was Baseball. In retrospect, it was totally sh!tty. I had the gun but the TV in my room wouldn't support it so I had to go to a friends house to play Hogans Alley and Duck Hunt. Sometimes I wish I still had mine, but, then I remember how badass the XBOX 360 is and how many games I have for it that you can do exactly what I've always wanted to do on a game.
I remember the first graphic game I had for the Sega Genesis, maybe the first of its kind, Technocop. It featured blood. I tried to buy it but they wouldn't sell it to me because I was too young. I had my Grandpa buy it for me and that was that.
Wow, how games have changed. I'm blessed to of experienced almost every console from the time I had my 2600 and Apple II.
