Yeah the "review" definitely has the feel of a P1 rep standing off to the side with a gun to make sure he tows the company line. "2 statues for the price of one!"

Such a cool piece kind of sux the Aud dollar has taken a hit and prob will be further hit yet ...I'd love this but with Sauron and Jungle Pred becoming more hexy for me to have preordered I can't think of this.

No point in reviewing a prototype, and yeah nothing company sponsored is ever going to be a review. But if I was actually reviewing this piece and it looked like that I would say it looked awesome as well. Definitely not the 2 statues for the price of one though, especially as it's one statue that's the price of two :P

Well.........I took a break for like 2 years from statues because my debt started to rack up. I was totally waiting on this statue for a while though and I did not anticipate how much money this would end up being. I prob would have been happy with 1/4. To think I got the crazy Prime 1 Venom statue for $900 which is pretty sizeable and this DOOM statue is just ...so much money.
I'm not fully in the loop, but I know Prime 1 is really going through sideshow anymore. Do any of you have any idea how much the shipping would be to go to East Coast US?
I really like the shotgun look on this, but honestly the weapons the DoomGuy uses are so iconic, especially the chainsaw, BFG, and the new sword that it almost makes not getting the Ultimate Edition kind of a let down. This one is going to be tough........I really wanted a Doom Statue for my collection. These prices are just insane. Thanos on throne Ex and Goro 1/3 MKX were the two most expensive ones I bought so far, and this would be a steep increase from that.
