This is definitely intriguing...Iron Man is still arguably the best Marvel movie to date, so the iconic suit from that movie could be a must have.

Wow, Sideshow is simply goating right now (GOATing = in athletics when you play like the Greatest of All Time, when you are on fire, unplayable)....SDCC is going to be the ULTIMATE massacre for the competition bar Prime1 and ECC (the only 2 real competitors for Sideshow)....Pretty emphatic from Sideshow. I actually wanted a comic styled Iron Man but this looks to be close enough, so this will represent Iron man in my collection.

Not a big Iron Man fan myself, though the movie was great. From what I've seen, movie statues don't do as well as their comic equivalents. What makes this such a great statue everyone is raving about already? Just out of curiosity. I've never understood the fan fervor around seeing more Iron Man statues and Hot Toys.
