I know it must be angle or something but it looks like his leg is withered in the Shifflett version for some reason. I don't know if I will get this or not. ON the one hand it is Frazetta and I usually get Frazetta and it has the Demons, which is cool. On the other hand I have the Chris G version and it is a great rep of the painting so it would be pretty redundant for me. I am on the fence I guess. I also have no more room anywhere to put anything.

For me it depends on the scale of this diorama. If this comes in a mighty 1:4 scale then I'm in. I also don't have much space anymore, but this dio in 1:6 or even smaller will go lost in any collection.

I think I had heard it was 1/6. I like the Chris G version of the DD better (also 1/6) but his has no demons.

Love my Chris G version also, and will definitely pick this one up. Will be nice having this statue based on the painting, with all the demons. Can’t wait till they come out with it. I hope it sells well, so they make more statues.

Not Frazetta but since we have a kind of Frazetta lull at the moment I got my Enric Torres Pratt art book today. Other than Frazetta he is probably in the running for my favorite artist and he is my favorite Vampirella artist. Anyway I got the deluxe edition that was limited to 75 copies and included a small original Vampirella painting from Enric and two signed prints and the book is signed and a small book with all 75 small paintings he did. Some are better than others but I am really happy with mine. For him to paint 75 of them is cool considering he is over 80 years old

I don't own any bronze statues but I like this one but wouldn't spend $6k on it because it isn't based on a Frazetta painting but it is excellent William Paquet sculpt work. I do own a Paquet original sculpt though. The late Micheal Hudson of Reel Art Studios gave me the original head sculpt for Paquet's Monster from Monster and Bride as a gift. The head was sculpted in wax and when he asked William to send it to me William contacted me and said he would put it on some kind of base for me which he did. Anyway here it is next to the Monster and Bride statues.
