Wow.. that family is clearly at some sort of fair, and the (I'm assuming) father wore THAT shirt?
Owning that shirt is tacky enough, but wearing it around your kids.. in public.. at what's probably a family event?
People like that are dogsh!t stuck in the cogs of the machine called "the human race".

It is sad. i once saw a family of four--parents, son and daughter--in the mall. The son, who looked about 10-12, was wearing a t-shirt with the words, "Porn Star".

Ugh.. worst shirt I ever saw when I was teaching was a Friday the 13th shirt. I would go into shock if one of my kids showed up wearing that. 
What the f#ck is wrong with that girl's parents that they think it's even REMOTELY funny?!

I hope to God someone calls CPS (at least for an inquiry); that's a tricky line that's being crossed, but it's inappropriate attire for a child.
I see girls under ten wearing those stupid "Sexy" (stencilled) or whatever shorts when I hit Santa Barbara for work.
It's sad.. 20 years ago, that sh!t wouldn't fly.. now it's a "fashion". Stupid.
