Back to the diorama, why do characters like Sunfire Banshee and Thunderbird get shafted?

They were the original international members of the X-Men



More relevant than a character like Silver Samurai

It would be cool to see Animated series Morph as an Easter egg with swap out heads of other XMen ie Cyclops Wolverine Gambit

I’d like to see Banshee before Silver Samurai but that’s just me

Hasbro / Sideshow / Iron Studios need to release a figure similar to Toy Biz’ brilliant Morph action figure

The possibilities were endless !

Sideshow needs to show me a Storm statue. I'm spending a ton of money on commissions and art!

While I bet it will never happen, I'm now hoping that Sideshow goes for Storm's current suit. It's grown on me. So much that I bought the Cover OA for X-Men Red #7 (gotta load it up to my CAF page)

I like it too, except for the placement of the X symbol. It looks pretty dumb right smack on her belly button.

Why would SS do a modern version of Storm, when all the other characters are the 90's Jim Lee versions? Makes no sense. SS needs to produce the same version as XM did to match the other team members.

The classic black and yellow has always been my favorite but they already nailed that version imo.

They need to do the Jim Lee white...err I mean silver. I don't want Demona coming after me.

Count me in as someone who definitely wants the 90s version. Plus with XM, Iron Studios, Marvel Legends, etc. all cashing in on the popularity of the 90s Lee White/Silver Storm, you would think it's a no brainer for SS to go that route as well.

BUT, using the voice of reason, there's plenty of debate on this forum regarding this x-men line. It is NOT all 90s versions. Wolverine is the newer Astonishing X-Men costume, not the 90s Lee tiger stripe. Colossus is more modern as well. Magneto is Modern I believe as he is missing his under-roos. Cable as well I don't believe is classic, but more a custom design? I don't remember Cable looking like his statue in the comics but I could be wrong I don't really read any newer stuff. Obviously X-23 is a more modern character as well. Same with Emma Frost.

Classis Lee 90s so far is Rogue (ex portrait), Juggernaut, Cyclops, Gambit, Jean Grey, Mystique, Psylocke, Sabretooth (EX portrait).

So it's a good mix. Storm could go either way it appears. If I'm a betting man since you can look at the track record, I would say Storm ends up being either a 90's Lee version, or a more modern look. Maybe when she was with Black Panther in Wakanda look. None of the previous releases show that SS would go back further than the Lee version for any inspiration so that would rule out the Byrne version which I am ok with.
