2/2 BROKEN CLOAKS on Puppeteer Torso Statues !!!

TERRIBLE PACKAGING MR MOORE !!!

2 normal version puppeteers came BROKEN AT THE SAME POINT to 2 different collectors here in Athens, Greece!!!
Great dissapointment for me, I'm sure others had the same problem.
We found SCREWS inside the sculpt at the point both were broken!!!
The products came at different time periods...
Such a great piece, such a great depression!!!

FIX YOUR PACKAGING PLEASE!!!

Why don't you call the csmoore studio up and ask for a replacement?
Having said that, you're the first person I've heard complain about the packaging on this piece...

Unhappy

I'm having the one fixed by a friend, who is an expert.

Any piece will travel such a distance is bound to have the same problem with such a packaging...

The problem is something specific we have noticed. The pieces are broken exactly at the same point!

I love CS Moore but this case really let me down!!!

I edited my previous post because my local shop owner is dealing with the case and trying to contact with either the Moore studio or the retailer the product came from.

The second piece is not mine so I don't have all the info but I have seen it.

Unfortunately I can't post any pics because my piece is getting repaired and the other one is not in my hands cause it is of another collector.

Both pieces are broken at the point that the cloak connects to the body of the statue. Both cuts are clean.

It is obvious that the cloak is not stable in the package. When it comes to you, use something like aeroplast to keep it steady inside the package.

All I want to say is that they have to IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR PACKAGING cause it looks like the one used for neca headknockers...

Wow. I've NEVER had a problem with any of Moore's pieces. I've always fouind them to be well supported in all the reelvant areas. I wonder if yours is an issue by the person who packaged it, rather than an overall packaging issue?

Packaging has to do with the company.
It was not only one broken... BOTH AT THE SAME POINT!
Check how the cloak is attached to the body,I found screws inside!
The polyester material used looks of poor quality.
Compare it to Sideshow's or Bowen's!
Such GREAT Moore pieces have to be taken care of more!
The fact is that our pieces (USA to Greece) travelled a long distance and the problem emerged.
I don't take the risk to send it back and get another broken since I will get it fixed by an expert here.
All CS Moore has to do in the future is to improve their packs...
