I received my replacement (reg) portrait. The good news is, the eye lid looks good. The bad news is, the hair is not as good. Compared to my original (reg) portrait, the paint app is different (not as good) and the hair cast has various flat spots/smudgy ?
it's odd how cast's can turn out differently?

I suppose as there will be multiple casts there will be differences, the big question is can you live with the issues or will you ask for another?
