So I am sending these along in case he has a segment answering questions.

QUESTIONS FOR MAY10, 2019, LIVE FEED

Augen - Should we expect any updates? I'm excited about the Hawkgirl project, but understand if still a ways off.

AlexT - If there will be time for questions:
1. Release schedule update?
2. Robin EX?
3. When will we be able to redeem the rewards?
4. With recent Miller Batman teaser... are we getting new Batman centric line?
5. If answer to 4 is yes can we vote on what costumes we want?
6. How often will "Schedule" on your website be updated?
7. Will we be getting a line of various Batmans?

Graven - when will martian manhunter be shipped?... not happy about getting a final payment request and then have to wait another 2 months.

No1WonderFan - have the Wonder Woman replacements shipped out? Just curious as Chad said they were going out that week in his last video. I just hadn't heard anything yet.

I'm awaiting a replacement head. I guess I'm the one that he said did such a nice job packaging the returned broken one. Ha

JerrySmith - Chad, on Captain Marvel, overall beautiful sculpt. One wish ... Can we get a C.C. Beck head, with a bit more cartoony face and wavy hair? That would be classic and an instant buy for me. Thank you!

Acolyte - Hi Chad. Do you have any news regarding the Masters of the Universe statue line? Will the confirmation of the MotU movie in 2020 affect this line at all? I truly hope there won't be any added interference.

CapTrenchcoat - Are artist specific head sculpts possible under the DC license? Or is that reserved for DC Collectibles?

Super Powers WW? This is the first I'm hearing of replacements heads.

What is the story here?

Okay, So he may get to address some of the above questions in general, but for this show it will be a bit more informational as to what is going on. I absolutely suggest that you watch if you are able.

I think some were being done to replace the ones not sitting flush. I know one here had a chip in the paint

I just took it for granted the gap on mine was consistent with everyone else's.

Was the quantity on the replacements just made to order for those who already contacted him?
Is that a question I should have put in the queue for the live show?

I don't know specifics but I do know that the amount of requests for replacement was very low. I think it was requests specific.

Mine had a chunk on the hair broken off in the shipper. The original pics are in the WW thread. I sent the broken one in February and just haven't heard anything back yet. That's all...I think I was one of the few with issues. Of course it had to be me (see username). :wink:

That sux No1WF.

A replacement for something like that is much different than replacement heads to try to hit a flusher seam.

I'm sure from everything we hear about Chad (unlike a company like ARH, for example), you'll get satisfaction eventually.

Today's vid was very helpful in understanding how this biz works.
It's easier to cut companies like Chad's a lot more slack when they are open to laying out the kinds of things they are dealing with day to day.
