Absolutely beautiful ship. Not digging the base though. It’s nice to see Star Trek getting some collectibles love, but that’s awfully expensive for a 1/1000 model. It’s unfortunate, or fortunate depending on your available time and skill level that Star Trek collecting primarily exists in the unfinished model world.

I think the original Enterprise (Master Replicas) was $995 when it first came out.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Oh snap sht just got real!
Ship looks decent and I like Star Trek Next Gen finally got some love, one of the best series from Star Trek.
The down side
1) base is ugly as hell and absolutely not necessary to the point of damaging the overall display. A simple Star Trek symbol or mirror base would have been so much nicer.
2) this is 1:1000 at $2000, the master replica version above is 1:350 at $1000. I get it’s a long time ago, inflation and all that..still a hard pill to swallow. If this was also 1:350 at $2000, it would be a very easy buy...
Need to think about this..tough buy decision.
Glad CC is doing Star Trek though!

Wow! I didn't know this was something I ever wanted, but that price tag kills it for me.

That's awesome. I think making this type of stuff is just too much money now. MR stuff wasn't cheap I bought a bunch of MR models 2007 2008 1/2 off sale. Weird that paying $1,200 for a Falcon then was cool but don't know if I could pay $2,000 today

That’s one of my favourite Star Trek ships (and the series it comes from) but I wouldn’t even consider it at that price for something so small. I can’t see why it’s costing so much

For me would be the D or E as my most loved. Grew up TOS, A, D but also love the E.

The actual Galaxy Class 'Enterprise-D' Starship is more than double the size of the Constitutional Class 'Enterprise' Starship in length. So, at scale 1/1000 the Model of Enterprise-D is quite big, and would compare reasonably well with a 1/350 scale Enterprise Model.
At say, 1/350 scale, an Enterprise-D would be massive and too big......maybe 1/650 to 1/750 scale would be cool.
The Chronicle Enterprise-D is a reasonable scale and size. The price looks a bit on the high side though.... especially for overseas buyers with Tax & shipping costs added etc.
Nice display piece next to other Star Trek and sci-fi space ships.
