Looks good. I don't see a place in my collection for this character. Be to see more angles. The head looks on the large side.
Edit: updated some typos. Damn iPhone

Would like this to display next to Red Sonja.

Definitely Sideshow has set themselves up for a colossal failure.
When considering the chances of statues hitting expectations I think of 2 things:
What other statues have been released looking comparable to this?
What of the finish/paint can change and the statue still retain the same impact?
For this piece the answer to both is... none.

At this moment, all I can say is I prefer the first portrait. And the gun disappeared?

I like the more youthful face of the rendered tease.

Exactly what I think about the first portrait. Her very Middle Eastern appearance certainly contributed to this.
More original and mysterious. The sculpted Dejah shows me an eurasian lady with tanned skin. Which probably means UV cabins do exist on Mars.

So from what I'm reading everyone agrees that the sculpt is a perfect 10, it seems there are different opinions on the skin tone and specifically the face, while the face looks really good to me, it now looks like a older white women with a tan, instead of a darker skinned younger women in the art, I think the colors in the art would have been much more unique for the statue, I'm probably still gonna get it, but I wish they would darken her skin a little like the art and lose the bright red lipstick, because to me that makes her look older as well

I'll be happy if she ends up looking just like she does now, skin tone looks fine, lip color looks great and her face is sublime.

I agree with you that she looks great, just looks different now, there are a million white women statues, very few dark skinned ones and I thought that this was gonna be the best one ever possibly, I'm still probably gonna buy it just because it is such a awesome sculpt and pose, I would however definitely suggest toning down the red lipstick, but I know not everyone agrees with that and that's fair

I think she can carry off the dark red lips with the skin tone as it is, they kinda work quite well together.

Yeah, if they get this sculpt and paint right I honestly won't be shocked by $650-700 range on her.
