I already hook my brothers up..
No seriously... the way it works is that you get a certain amount you can buy a year... and with a few other M$ products coming out I am dangerously low... in June it resets... so for now... the only person I am buying for is myself...

I think the code will be on a piece of cardboard inside the game... that is what I am thinking.. and then you enter the code into your xbox live account and it would download the game onto your hard drive...
That is what they do for the 12 month memberships...
