I ordered there once. Their site said items were in stock. So I ordered them. Went back to check my account to see the order and I had messages on figures saying that they were not available and they still charged me for them. Never contacted me saying I ordered out of stock items. So I messaged their online messaging service and the person wanted to know if there was any other figures I would want to replace the out of stock items. I am a collector, I want what I order not some stupid replacement that I have no interest in. So I cancelled my order and they refunded me. Companies that can't update their websites irritate me. So I am always hesitant about ordering with them.
