I do agree with you too! She is in the movie from beginning to end, so I don't see how she is a supporting player at all! And she was amazing!

Terrance Mallick flicks are NOT for everyone, and I do not include myself among his fans.

He was robbed for not winning with the Social network, IMO.

Paths of Glory (1957) - 9/10
Man, this was riveting. In World War I, three French soliders are made examples of and court-martialed for cowardice after an attack on a heavily-fortified German position fails. Another excellent pairing of Stanley Kubrick and Kirk Douglas, with plenty of great supporting actors, as well. The scene of the division advancing over no man's land is brutal, and probably affected audiences at the time the same way the opening of Saving Private Ryan affected modern audiences.

Thanks, Mike. I still haven't seen Kramer vs. Kramer, I don't believe. Need to do so. Grr.
Edit: Actually, just Wiki'd it... I THINK I've seen it. Obviously I need to see it again.
For that matter, I haven't Sophie's Choice in years. Great film, though.

I rated it slightly higher only because of Emma Stone and Gosling. HAted the rest of the movie.
