The World's End - 3/5

Not as good as Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz but it's still better than most of the stuff out there right now.

Hrm... love most of the DC animated films, but I've only bought Red Hood. Still need to catch TDKR and this one.

Might just blind buy this one.. huge fan of apocalyptic DC timelines.

This may just be THE best DC animated effort to date. Dark, daring and thoroughly engaging. This is DC's 'Age of Apocalypse' and it pulls no punches with it's hard edge well earned PG-13 rating. It's also a refreshing departure as this time around it features The Flash as the protagonist and personally I've never found him more interesting. A must see for any DC animation fan.

Mad Dog and Glory - 6/10

Both Murray and DeNiro wanted to play against types here... but I think it would have been better if they each played their strengths...

World War Z
8/10

Pleasantly suprised by this one. Didn't like that they focused on his family so much, but quite intense and very enjoyable. Really looking forward to the sequels now.

Solid entry into the DC animated series. The Justice League features are my favorites so it's nice to see another after a handful of solo DC releases. Doom is a bit on the short side however and I do wish they would've stayed a bit closer to the source material here but overall the core narrative is intact and it's very enjoyable.

I agree with both reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by Flashpoint. Very brutal and a lot of fun to watch.

The Warriors 8/10. This is one of those movies I can just watch over and over again. Sure it has some age to it but I still love watching it whenever I see it come on the tv.

Pacific Rim
9/10

Some over dramatic acting at times but a great movie that puts the likes of Transformers to shame
