I received my Cyke bust also. Thanks to him but he must be careful for communication. Sending a message isn't so hard. We're usually understanding people but without any info or response it may be a little disappointing.

dang man, sheesh. seriously though who has time for sellers making excuses? If I can get the same product quicker for a few bucks more then I will go that route. Perhaps this chap has too many fires or too much stuff going on too offer the kind of service that most buyers on ebay expect from there sellers.

there are good sellers and there are bad. joe is a good seller but unfortunately is at the mercy of his suppliers. now that most who have read this thread realize this, they can make an informed and educated decision whether to deal with him or not. that's why people chime in with their personal experiences.

Well; I'm not an oracle or something. I cannot know "how a great guy joe is...". I can give my comment just with my experiences. He may be a great guy. But there's no excuse to do not response to sellers. I sent too many messages and he responded me after a claim on paypal and a negative feedback. He sent me the bust with UPS intenational and he paid too much money to solve the problem. I'm a understanding buyer but a seller has responsabilities. He must go with them.

Here's a great solution, Don't Put The Stuff Up For Sale Till You Have It In Your Hands, or at least wait till your supplier sends you a shipping notice.

I'm sure Joe is a nice guy but what really ticked me off was the bogus shipping notice on 5/12 when the bust didn't ship till 5/20.

I don't have an issue with John's goodwill. He's a good person and he sent me my bust. I just cannot know that. I have sent him too many messages in 1,5 month and I didn't have any answer. It's just why I wrote on this topic.
