But don't you guys view this as comeuppance? I know I sure do & fully expect to see Marvel's bottom line drop significantly as well. Both companies have created monsters in terms of product. My lcs manager complains every Wednesday that they're loosing customers on account that long time readers are stymied by both company reinventions & new or potential readers have absolutely no way to enter the mythologies. Honestly & for example, here collectors are celebrating how great Spiderman Renew Your Vows is in the clever reuniting of The Parkers as a married couple, when it's the very company that produces it, that burned the house down in the 1st place! I read Convergence, the supposed great link to all that's new in DC & I found it a confusing mess & weak attempt at cleaning up years of unchecked & undisciplined writing. Calling storylines "events" when there merely a means to set up to start over is insulting. This loss of money is self created because brats drove decades of coherent and wonderful company storyline into the ground by fragmenting, over stretching storyline, tie-ins, and greed. Choke on their loss, I say. Until both companies have leaders that steer their ships properly (if they have time). WTF happened? I ask myself concerning today's comics, well, it appears $two million dollars worth of other collectors are asking the same question.

If sales keep dropping I wonder if they will sell?

I'm sure Disney will jump on DC aswell.

Ed Brubaker's Batman run will be collected in paperback soon. Didn't McDaniel illustrate some of those?

There are some other Omnis out there, so while they are slow they do come out.

I would even like some of the OOP Omnis to come back in print.
