Someone in attendance...please ask Jerry what is going on with the delays in customers requested refunds.
I love PCS, anyone can review my years of posts and see I'm a fan of Jerry and his company. But I call it as I see it. It's not good that customers have to beg to get their money back when they requested to cancel a PO.
I'm strongly considering cancelling my Urban Dredd EX just but its looks like more trouble than it's worth...which is not good for business.

Agreed, since I have moved to 1/3 scale, I cancelled a lot of statues on order and have waited for a refund for around a month now....apparently Accounting is working on it.
