that being said $1200 is still high for a bust, sideshow doesnt make it easy on the fans

I own the original. Owned the second (short time). And I'm conidering the new offering. My opinion, the originals great reputation (as I understand it) is well deserved. It's a remarkable piece. Perhaps as important as the artistry, is the quality of finished product. Can't speak to anyone else's experience, but mine is superb.

I still have my old venom and I think still holds up. Great piece in my opinion and like others have said the artisery. I wish it was larger and showed the symbol. Also, keeping this piece reminds me of the good old days of collecting and sideshow. I probably won't get the new one unless I get it under retail.

I'd say even more important than the artistry because the finished product is what you actually end up with and paid for not some pie in the sky artistic ideal.
