Johnny Depp said the exact same thing about 'Pirates of the Caribbean 5' . It means Harrison Ford is holding out for more money. Some roles are so iconic, only one actor truly is that character. If they want an "older" Han Solo, it has to be Harrison Ford and everyone knows it.

All he's doing is letting that fully sink in. If his agent is clever, he'll send complimentary DVDs of Hannibal (2001) to all the right executives with a friendly note: "This is what happens when you make a sequel with the same characters and different actors. You know you need Harry and we know you need Harry. Enjoy the film."

So looks like he wrote a 40-50 page treatment which will be expanded by Kasdan and Abrams.
