Hello everyone.
I have a question for those who have already received the cane. Did you receive a confirmation email or a tracking number before the package arrives? because I have not received anything yet, and I'm a little worried. I have already sent many emails, even on facebook, but still nothing. Thanks

Have not got mine yet but got an automated email saying a package is on its way with a tracking number.

Thanks. All this waiting is unnerving. I'm sad because it was my first purchase overseas, I spent a lot 'of my savings. I really hope in a message as soon as possible. I do not know what to do

Mine has arrived here in Denmark, no problems, nice box with instructions.... sadly the fine cane does not fit in the nice wallhanger as described in the instruction.....

I like how I read the "cane does not fit the holder it comes with, as per instructions."
So they knew about it enough to write instructions about it, but not fix it?
WTF is the point of a wall hanger / mount if it doesnt fit the intended product?
