After Joe Carnahan's pitch fell through, did Fox lose the rights to Daredevil back to Marvel? I forgot what happened.

Strange choice I have to say. There is a few British actors I'd have picked before him. I think someone like Cumberbatch would have been awesome.

If true, JGL will be jumping from DC to Marvel universe.
Though I was guessing they would go with a less known star for the role. Still, this just might end up being only a rumor by this weekend.
