its too bad yu have to go through a middle man or two by the sounds of it.
if you would have dealt with SS yourself directly then im sure they would be more than willing to work it out.

Sending back that POS 1:2 Ironman mk IIV next week for a rerund. I'm not even gonna bother asking for a replacment since I know SS's new policy is to buy off customers to keep their crap.

Not sure if this should go here, but I am hoping SS puts some better deals out for black friday. All the items they have listed now are off their clearance rack. Oh well, many of their distributers are having good discounts this weekend.

I'm just wondering if sideshow ever touch up their statues at their factory in china?
I bought a black cat bust(2010 release) few weeks back & never notice any touch up paint at the breast area. I just happen to clean the bust today & saw some sort of touch up paint. Not visible but can be seen under a very bright light.

I can't get them on the phone or to return my calls. I returned the life size patriot bust and got an email that they recieved it but can't refund my credit card as the flex pays were to old. The number on the email is for Jennifer and her mailbox is full, for the last 2 days. The customer service has gone the way of their quality control, to hell in a hand basket.
