I actually like Optimus a tiny bit better which is shocking. However IA's Megatron for my money is the better and cheaper option.

I don't like this piece. Too many liberties on the design. But the small gun replica looks cool. My preference is still the Prime 1 G1 piece. Pass.

Gladiator Megatron! Just badass, the best Megatron so far. XM Transformers are more realistic and have a more an organic pose to them than other companies' Transformers. The other companies' look too toyish and stiff in their poses. The best Transformer line out there, maybe the best XM line.

If you think he is small, he is crouching on a flat base. He is as big as Optimus and bigger than Starscream in actual height.

Still waiting to see what Bumblebee, Grimlock, and Soundwave are like.

By far...this is the Megatron I have ever seen in statue form. However, I have seen some express small concerns with the portrait of Megs and think he is a little too domey? if that makes sense. I agree if wanting him to be exactly like G1...but I also realize these are G1 inspired and not supposed to be G1 accurate.

So in that regard...the head is fine if they don't change it. I like IA TF line as a whole...but my problem mainly revolves around an inconsistent look and feel to their line. XM designs are fresh, consistent, and provide lots of great extras.

Add to that the paints according to XM are not finished. This is definitely impressive piece.
