it prolly won't get us anywhere, but I've begged ECC to change distributors away from Cinemaquette. I know they are technically one in the same, but Cinemaquette is a joke and it will hurt their business if these are the kinds of rates we will be getting.

just got the response, they said it's an error in calculation. My shipping to NJ was $96, email said it should be about half of that and will be corrected before my cc is charged. For those living on the west coast, i would imagine it's even less.
ehollywood, they dont charge any money until the item is ready to ship

Typically their product is in production a while before the preorder goes up. Usually their stuff is shipping 3-4 months after pre-order. They don't let pre-orders dictate their edition size...mostly.

I had to order this, it looks awesome. If ecc does a 1/3 Groot or Rocket I will loose my mind.
