Couple of pickups from this weekend's Supanova con
Hey guys, Supanova Con 2012 was on in Melbourne again this weekend, it was a little short on comic talent, but a longtime favorite of mine, Carlos Pacheco, (as well as an idol of mine, Brian Michael Bendis), was attending, so I was super keen to get something from him. Í know this is the art section, but I'll include a few pics from the con also...

Another huge event for me, meeting my (almost) namesake, Admiral Adama, Edward James Olmos!!!



Catching up with transplanted Aussie, Billy Tan, who has agreed to add to my Yardin Wolverine Jam



At this panel, Bendis said "he's seen The Avengers movie, and it's just one long Whedon movie." Just nine more days til it hits screens, I cant wait!!!!

I managed to get Carlos to add his favorite Avenger, and mine, Hawkeye, to my Jam



And also got a full figure Wolverine from him. I wont even post what he was charging for these because no one would believe me. The detail is staggering. He spent a good three hours between signing, a panel and his lunch on this, using pencils, inks, and tonal markers, it's just fantastic

Looks like you had a fun time!

There's a Wonder Woman cameo in the Avengers movie? Nobody's mentioned that, yet. Bad-@ss! Lila's adorable.
