she was trying to put rips in the banner tape. some times the players dont rip through the tape if it is not already cut. the banner just gets yanked out of the cheerleaders hands and then the players have to throw it off.

this is true ive seen it happen. ofcourse it happens more during my daughters flag football team games. hahahahaa
