Found it.  She's avoided Facebook, and I don't have pics on this "work" computer, but Photobucket to the rescue.
I think she had "chopped" her hair around then... it's usually long.

Yeah, that is too bad. From what you say, she is smart and is obviously easy on the eyes. I grew up with a guy that has some of the same tendencies. His folks split when he was young and honestly felt that everybody owed him something. He treated people like they were his personal servants and I finally got tired of it and haven't spoken with him in nearly 7 years.
That being said, leave your web cam on next time she decides to crash for a day or three!
