Im just a mindless consumer here but my thought process is if this was revealed, up for order and released immediately after the He Man on Battlecat companion piece wouldnt that help the sales of both pieces?

Im basically all in on Heman on Battlecat with the anticipation of acquiring this Skeletor but it kinda kills the excitement and anticipation knowing the Skeletor companion piece is going to be a good 2 years behind the Heman on Battlecat.

These two are basically bookends. Different than waiting on statues or teams to round out a line.

To put things in perspective, the HeMan was originally shown at Power-Con 2021, we have been talking about a skeletor companion piece since Powercon 2021. It's now power con 2023. Skeletor is gonna arrive something in 2025, better late than never, but my goodness the producers have to strike while the iron is hot.

Like 'em or not Legendary Beast Studios really impressed me by having sculpts of the entire Justice League ready to go before the 1st has even hit production. THAT is how you do a line in a license. Let people see YOUR commitment, what to expect and gain valuable feedback. Not hum and haw around to "see how things go"

Agreed. I think having zero transparency is due to licensing. It was great that LBS could show us renders way ahead of time. The worst thing about this hobby (besides having to store boxes) is wasting money on two or three statues just to have the line killed off.
