So is this officially part of the Classic Confrontations line? If so I'm assuming this was the last piece before the line was scrapped, no? I'm considering picking this up to display next to my Hal Jordan Vs Sinestro diorama which matches up with the rest of that line well.

I'm pretty sure the Dark Knight Returns Batman vs. Superman statue is also part of the Classic Confrontations line.

I haven't heard of this. Any pics floating around?

As for the CC line itself it was supposed to be over so it would be interesting to see if Parallax Vs GL and this new DKR Bats Vs Supes are part of something new or if DCD reconsidered canceling it.

The Detail on Green Lantern is better than most, if not all the other pieces Ive seen released. I'm going to go as far as sideshow quality.

Definitely picking this up. He's going to look great if not better next to Superman vs Darkseid.

Only downside is that Parallax appears smaller.
Undoubtedly one of DC DIRECT'S best works and very tempting as well ... might have to consider picking this up

It doesn't mention "classic confrontations" specifically in the DCD site listing. Then again neither do the ones for WW/Ares and Supes/Brainiac though others like Batgirl/Catwoman do

Proto pic with the shading of parallax looks nice but the other pic with Parallax as clear yellow resin loses all it's depth and character plus Hal will be smaller than the last cover to cover Hal and maybe not even as big as a 6" to 7" action figure. At nearly $300 no-way! someone isn't thinking at DC.How many are they making?
