Yeah, Rhino is big. Surprised me. In the pic, I tried to lined up the shoulders of the two statues to give a sense of size comparison.

Pretty impressive for a $1200 piece to be "sold out/waitlisted" that quickly with that high of an ES. My piece wasn't exactly perfect since it had a fairly big glob of glue so I wasn't 100% happy but it's still a very impressive piece.

I also think everyone seems to be forgetting that it took SS a whole year to sell all 3500. This isnt the usual scenario where the Ex has to sell out first etc. The EX sold out on day 1, so anyone who didn't get an order in that first 15 minutes had to buy a Reg. Personally, i am not surprised about this, it was a matter of how quick, not even when or if

I'm more surprised that SS made 4250 Thanos's in a year, i thought they made these things in batches.

The movie probably has something to do with that, The last thing they'd want will be for people riding off the high of the movie to cancel their orders a few months down the line because common sense has set in.

I doubt they made 3500, let alone sold that many.

the bs marketing is on overdrive at SS.

I will "lol" when he get the clarification memo in a few months saying the csr was mistaken.

great statue but don't get drunk on the koolaid.

who remembers what SS said about the wolvie lsf and what happened afterwards?

Considering Thanos's major upswing in popularity and exposure to the general public, it seems like exactly the wrong time to mislead everyone about sell-through and move the piece to the archive. Isn't this the time to be giving this item massive exposure? I just don't get the business logic in the scenario you're suggesting.
