Well, that statue is a few years old by now. If the previous owner(s) exposed it to sunlight or warm temperatures, that might've caused the paint and/or plastic to soften/melt.

haha thanks for posting the pics.
So this was most likely caused by hot temperatures?
Im guessing the owner kept it in a garage or shack, which usually gets super hot in the summer. This made her chest piece paint stick to the plastic and me taking off the plastic ripped the paint off.

Well, I found the other thread where you had posted about your first statue. Like I wrote in that thread, the metallic paint seems to be known issue with this statue. You're probably better off getting the new Wonder Girl statue and pretending it's Diana instead of Cassie Sandsmark.

I have had mine since the US release. Kept in a detolf, out of sunlight, smoke free. I dust every few months and hers is the only one in my collection that has any sign of wear. The red metallic paint on her abdomen is starting to rub off. The chest and boots which are the same color are fine.

That statue was released twice. The first release's gold paint on the boots was "runny" and would rub off on fingers if you touched the boots.
