Value on a Spidey Statue?

I'm not sure this is the right place for this question, but a friend of mine was asking what the going price for the Spidey Action Blue statue (the limited run of 50 from that "other site") was. I told him I had no clue, but I'd try to find out. Anyone know anything on this one?

Thanks all!

Which statue are you talking about? Can you link a picture?

Holy shmoley! Wow, and there's not even much difference between the original and the original, either. Man. It's a great statue, but I wouldn't buy it again for that price.

I don't have a pic to link, but I'm sure it's on the net somewhere...I think it's called "Action Blue," but its actually a lighter blue than the original--closer (some thought, and I was one of them) to Spidey's real tog-color than the dark blue that's sort of cool, but not as true to the comics, IMHO. I think that's the only difference, aside from the numbering. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong--I don't have both to compare.)

Thanks for the info, amagato!

Spidey has varied between dark blue (almost black) to light blue depending on who drew him.

I have both. It's identical except for the color.

If you aren't concerned about the limited #, it would be a very easy repaint. There's even a video.
