Frog town - do you have FB or any other social media? Hit them up through there. I will ask for you as well. I got damn lucky that mine came all intact.
Also I hear that XM has to make replacement parts from scratch. That could be causing the delay.

Thanks Demona. Very much appreciated. I'm not on any social media but might make a Facebook account just for this occasion!
Early this week I sent Todd from SpecFiction a follow-up email to our exchange from when my portrait originally arrived damaged back in January. No reply yet but I imagine he is very busy with SDCC this week so I can wait longer.
Like I mentioned, I have no problem at all with waiting as that is the name of the game with this hobby. Just noticed there had been no updates from other members on the forum who needed replacements and wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one still waiting.

From what I understand the quick replacements were for the laughing head. I think we are all still waiting on the reg head.

Someone claimed they received a replacement laughing head. Outside of that I haven't heard anything.

I have received an entire replacement statue, which included both heads. Not sure if that counts in regards to what you're asking about...
