I would imagine the issue is in the base and how that peg sits in the base. Ether the hole has opened up or the metal pin is bent (which I find unlikely).

Do you have a picture of the foot and peg without the base?

I want to see if the bend is in statue itself or an issue with the base giving the illusion that the feet are bending.

Oh, and I corrected the orientation of your photo....it was driving me nuts.

whats wrong with my pic orientation LOL...
anyway 1st pic. i position it in that way if i want it to be stand correctly. by the look of it i think (cmiiw) its either the foot that pcs incorrectly position to the base or the hole position of the base that wrong.
