Well, the one from the movie is a 3D print. Like in the movie he said he 3d printed it. So in the movie, I assume he didnt paint it up and everything, as in it would just be a raw (maybe sanded) print.

Um, this is a movie replica, not a concept replica.

Two hold ups, though:
1. Why is is accented with brown? The movie version was flat bone white:

2. Why is it displayed upside down and can it displayed orientated right side up?
1. It’s weathering to show the detail and it does match a few of the originals featured later in the film after Dr. Grant got a little grime on it.

2. It can be displayed up or down on the stand.

Sorry to disagree, but at no point does it ever look like this in the movie. Care to share the images referenced for this paint job?

But happy to hear it can be displayed as prefered.

I painted the resonating chamber and with a little weathering the details pop more. When Grant blows into the chamber at the end there is a bit of weathering.

You can always paint it off white or grimy version as seen in the film.

But if it's not the way you want it, I understand if it's a pass, sometimes making something slightly idealized with paint adds more sales appeal. The prop is 100% cast from the original and it looks classy on the JP3 stand.

I think the shading adds more with the bone accents to appeal to the widest audience possible. It is shaded some in the movie or it would have looked like a blob.

I am quite surprised, I wonder if CC is now able to do colletibles under 200 now?
But the price is great, the base is great!
I was totally price shocked with the sick tric, so I am glad to see this.

The JP3 raptor egg (longer/thinner)would look awesome on this base.

Whoa! This would make a great wallhanger to go along with the others.

I wasn't aware they made an 1/5 Spino maquette for the movie
