After seeing all these issues I won't be ordering from this company again. I have Kitana and She-ra ordered and once they are here, I'm done.

Sent my Evil Ryu 1:3 refund request on 12/26/2017.
After 3 months, still have no refund, no response from PCS.

That is totally unacceptable. There is no reason why it should take that long. As already mentioned: When PCS states that refunds will be issued within 30 days, fine. As long as they honor the time frame I am fine with this.
However, it seems that they do not really care. If accounting is too slow, hire someone in addition to get the job done.
PCS produces some amazing statues, but that is not enough. Improving customer service turnaround times, etc. is another major part. Only when achieving both, PCS will improve as a whole.
Ant Adams should take a closer (internal) look at these refund issues. At least that is what I would do as CEO of the company...

Is incredible the service, I request the refundof my BATTLECAT EX, but After 2 months nothing, no problem, I don't have the refund, I want that PCS send me my BATTLECAT EX but....NOTHING, I don't have response, is incredible, I only want my battlecat EX¡¡¡¡¡ please, contact with me¡¡¡
