I asked 4 months ago for my money back. Once again in early January. I'm sure they will tell me I still have to lose the deposit. But this is outrageous anyway. How can you treat your customers like this?

Same here. I asked to cancel Zangief on the 20/12/2017. Then I get a reply on the 3rd of January and they ask me back if I am sure I want to cancel... I reply straight away and had no reply back until the 11th of January telling me that they will process my cancel request and it will take 30 working days.
Since then I don't want even to reply back. Because someone here mentioned (maybe from PCS) that if you reply to your request your inquiry gets pushed back.
Wow what a great service.
