That's the Lee Weeks' drawn story that I wrote that couldn't write anything about (uhhh...) because I didn't know what the hell was going on.

I'm with you. Who's that guy?

Greg Land leaving the Ultimate FF sucks!

I think the review...while GOOD....was a little, I don't know, harsh on the Zombie storyline. It has been wonderfully done, and not the main focus of every issue.

The "evil" characterization of Reed has been brilliant, as was his escape plan (although, I sort of saw it coming at one point). Looks like DOOM is finally being done right too!

It is good to see it coming to an end though, but I dont th ink it has dragged on too long. I am just glad the variant covers will go away now!

Land draws an AMAZING Ben Grimm. His Johnny is a little off, but his Sue looks like a photograph!

well, that's becauase zombies suck. And Zombies can't taste pie.

Brains = not a good substitute for pie

Mike, here's some inspiring speech:

Persevere... persevere... this too shall pass. Keep your chin up, buddy. Look out for number one and don't step in number two.

Seriously, man, it's gonna be okay.

That's okay, you're talking to a guy who loves Scrooge McDuck, Harvey Comics, Archie, and Golden/Silver Age DC. It can't get more dated than that!

toxie,

jdh is dead on. Don't let Doc. Spectrum ruin the other two, well, the art in Hyperion is quite awful, but a lot of new characters get introduced. Definately pick up those tpbs...

also, jdh, it was mainly your review of X-men that kept me away from it, and I'm glad you did. Word brother.

That review took me back! That was a GREAT time to be a cap fan, as well as the mentioned "Captain" era.

I still cannot see how Ron Lim does not work on a monthly title. I have been following him since his "Ex-Mutants" days!

Thor 390. Cap picks up mijulnor. Nuff said.

and I too, miss ron lim.
