I think in many ways, like with this quote, "In every enlightened way, Detective Comics #853 is a celebration of Batman..." this review supports much of what's in my review as well.

Thanks, Mike.

Actually, I'm finding that to be less and less true lately, Mike.

I thought it was just that, lame, but pure Doom. Also, I think Baldar saw right through it.

Just pure Doom, though. JMS is nailing this book on every front.

Great reviews as always, guys!

I am enjoying Loki more than I ever have. He's also playing a HUGE role in the Mighty Avengers title, which is also rockin' along. Along with all his evil manipulations in Thor, Loki setting up some problems for Osborn. All this is just great, great stuff.

He is but, as we saw a few issues ago in Thor, by his own design. He's captured Sif's body while Sif's consciousness is residing in an elderly, dying cancer patient.

Hey Joe, were you the guy who recommended the joker story from Batman Confidential #7 -12?

I'm reading the collected trade and think its awesome.

That's me. Reviewed it in these reviews. Dennys Cowan even drew a Joker sketch in my HC volume at SDCC '08.
