Are you going to ask for a replacement? Or maybe you can take one of the magnets out and attach it via museum gel or putty?

LoL..thanks. I actually debated displaying the piece in the snake room. But then remembered it gets to about 32 degrees with humidity around 60% in there during the day, the paint would be pealing off in no time.

Asked for a replacement, the magnet is actually set into the polystone. I would have to break it to get the magnet out, which I'm not willing to do.

Gave my dad his birthday gift today. I bought two cast bronze rocky statues from Schomberg studios, one for me and one for my dad.
I took some pics of him unpacking it along with them displayed next to eachother. I'm getting two custom cases made for these as well. Will post pics when their finished.

Can't they do a custom end of the tail that has the correct magnet polarity you need?
You could probably buy a labelled magnet and figure out which one they'd need to send you.
